These are not the terms on which we deliver client work. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
1. Who runs this site
This site is operated by Refine Media Online Ltd, trading as Refine Media, a company registered in England and Wales. Contact: hello@refinemedia.co.
2. Using the site
You may view, download and print pages for your own use or to evaluate our services. You may not:
- Reproduce or republish material from this site commercially without our permission
- Scrape, mine or harvest the site by automated means
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the servers behind it
- Use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that damages or impairs it
3. Our content
All content on this site, including text, layout, design, code, graphics and photographs, is owned by us or licensed to us. Our name and logo are our marks. Nothing here gives you a licence to use them.
Where we show work built for or on behalf of others, any client names, marks and photographs remain the property of their owners.
4. Demonstration builds
Some of the work shown on this site is demonstration work built by us to illustrate what we produce. It is labelled as such. Businesses depicted in demonstration builds are fictional unless we say otherwise, and nothing in them represents a real trading business, a real customer, or a real result.
5. Accuracy and no advice
We take reasonable care over the content of this site, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or current.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. Timescales, prices and specifications shown are indicative and do not form an offer. A binding quote is given in writing after we have spoken to you.
Performance figures shown against demonstration builds are measurements taken from those builds. They are not a promise of the results your own site will achieve.
6. Third-party links
We link to other websites, including hosting providers, tools we use and demonstration builds on separate domains. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. We are not liable for any loss caused by a virus or other harmful material that you acquire through this site.
We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
